Job Title: Electrician

Job Overview:

The role of an electrician involves working on electrical fixtures within residential properties, diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, installing new electrical equipment, and carrying out repairs while ensuring compliance with regulations.

This is a mobile operative position that requires the use of specialist tools. The successful candidate will be provided with a van and a fuel card.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct inspections and repairs on electrical systems
  2. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults
  3. Install new electrical equipment and perform maintenance tasks
  4. Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory of materials used
  5. Uphold safety standards and advise tenants on electrical safety best practices
About You:
  • Experienced Electrician or Electrical Engineer
  • Electrical NVQ Level 3 qualification
  • Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Initial and Periodic Test and Inspection certification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
