Latin America HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Human Resources professional to serve as our primary contact for Latin America.
The successful candidate will act as the regional HR point of contact, serving as the first point of contact in the HR department to employees and managers. Key responsibilities include coordinating payroll processes, hiring, termination, vacation and benefits. Additionally, this role involves creating and reviewing HR policies, manuals and procedures, advising and supporting local leaders on performance management and employee engagement, and supporting the employee life-cycle through onboarding, offboarding and internal communication.
This position requires a minimum 7 years experience in generalist HR roles, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related field. Advanced English language skills are required, with Spanish at intermediate level being a strong plus. A strong understanding of Brazilian HR routines and labor regulations is also essential.
This role offers a fixed salary, compatible with the market, as well as other benefits including medical and dental care, private pension and gym membership.
