Regional Leadership Role

This is a high-level leadership position that oversees the delivery of professional services across LATAM.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals across multiple disciplines to achieve client success and business growth.
  • Drive operational performance and client satisfaction outcomes.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Project Management

The role involves overseeing successful project execution within the region, balancing scope, budget, and schedule. It also requires driving measurable improvements in time-to-value, quality of delivery, and customer satisfaction. The individual must ensure consistent adherence to PMO best practices, governance models, and delivery frameworks.

Financial Ownership

The Regional Head has partial P&L ownership for the LATAM professional services function, with accountability for financial health and profitability. This includes partnering with finance, sales, and regional leadership to align forecasting, pricing, and resource capacity with business growth.

Client & Partner Management

The role involves acting as a senior executive sponsor for regional client escalations, ensuring timely resolution and reinforcing executive presence. It also requires building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders at strategic LATAM accounts, positioning professional services as a value enabler.

Performance Metrics

The Regional Head is responsible for owning and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including billability & utilization rates, on-time delivery, revenue realization & portfolio profitability, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and time-to-value.
