Senior Global Process Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global process management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient business processes across multiple locations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and change management, with a proven track record of delivering significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement process maps, workflows, and other tools to standardize business operations and improve productivity.
Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, developing recommendations for changes that can be implemented through the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Design and develop training programs to educate employees on new processes and procedures.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience in process improvement and change management, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and Scrum.
Experience working in a matrixed organization, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
