Frontend Developer Leader

We are seeking a skilled frontend developer to lead the engineering efforts in our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React and React Native, with a solid understanding of related technologies such as distributed systems, modern system designs, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, Backend for Frontend (BFFs), Micro Frontends, web and mobile applications.
In this role, you will drive technical excellence across services and teams, mentoring engineers, shaping frontend architecture, and ensuring we deliver reliable, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading frontend development, influencing architecture and design decisions.
- Designing and implementing straightforward solutions to complex scenarios, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborating with product managers and designers to translate vision and needs into technical solutions.
- Serving as a focal point in communication with other teams.
- Mentoring and guiding other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
You will be responsible for architecting large-scale, multi-tier web applications, working with RESTful and GraphQL services, and collaborating with backend teams to create mockups and define payloads.
To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience. Experience in React and React Native is required.
