We are pioneering an innovative platform in Information Security Compliance where AI plays a crucial role in scaling intelligence and automation across customers' GRC workflows.

As a senior software engineer specializing in AI, you will design and own systems that power our AI features from Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to Large Language Model (LLM)-based agents ensuring performance, observability, and security at every step.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced AI features adhering to safety and ethical guidelines.
  • Develop RAG pipelines, vector search integrations, and document indexing flows.
  • Design, build, and refine agentic AI systems that solve complex problems and enhance user workflows.
  • Owning the architecture, observability, and lifecycle of AI features from experimentation to production.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to shape and deliver the AI roadmap.
  • Champion best practices for latency, cost-efficiency, scalability, and security in AI systems.
  • Build internal frameworks and tools to accelerate AI feature development.
  • Stay current with advancements in LLMs, vector DBs, and agentic architectures bringing relevant innovations into the product.
  • Ensure compliance with information security and privacy standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid experience designing building deploying AI-powered applications in production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG semantic search vector databases advanced prompt engineering and agentic AI systems.
  • Proficiency in Python (AI/ML) and TypeScript (application development).
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms AWS Azure OpenAI Terraform Temporal and monorepo environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts.

Nice To Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with LangChain LlamaIndex pgvector GraphQL Hasura Nhost.
  • Background in Information Security or compliance-related AI solutions.
