Senior Frontend Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineering Manager to join our Agile team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader to oversee the development of cutting-edge product applications.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern web technologies, including JavaScript, Browser Native APIs, and HTTP/S. They will also be proficient in designing and implementing scalable front-end architectures.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop their team members.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and implementing new features
  • Leading the development of sleek, engaging product applications
  • Leveraging technical expertise to introduce innovative solutions
  • Collaborating with the Product Owner and UI/UX team to create memorable customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Possession of passion for coaching and mentoring software engineers
  • Familiarity with automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Expertise in web platform, encompassing JavaScript, Browser Native APIs, HTTP/S, and web performance
  • Proficiency in integrating these elements through REST API services
  • Experience with Typescript is a plus
  • Advanced or Fluent English
