We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the management of our company's assets and materials. This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound flow of materials, verifying inventory records, and ensuring asset security and compliance. They will also oversee the recycling of materials, track maintenance activities, and provide guidance on departmental material and asset management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the receipt and issue of materials, including verification of quantity and specifications.
- Establishing and maintaining accurate records of asset cards, inventory levels, and system entries.
- Overseeing the recycling of materials and the optimal allocation of resources.
- Tracking maintenance activities and providing support as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
- Familiarity with asset management processes and systems, including MS Office.
