Job Description

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for managing and supporting large-scale warehouse management system (WMS) transformation projects across multiple distribution centers. The primary objective of this role is to design, configure, test, and deploy Manhattan Active WMS solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Manhattan Active WMS in various distribution centers from start to finish.
  • Configure WMS processes including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
  • Gather requirements, define system design, and ensure alignment with operational goals through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Analyze supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop documentation such as process flows, use cases, and system design artifacts.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Support testing strategies and validate system changes.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations on WMS deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain within Retail or Consumer Goods sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS configuration and development.
  • Proficiency with Manhattan Proactive Extension development.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, putaway, cross-dock, pick/pack, shipping.
  • Experience with JSON, Postman, API testing, and integration.
  • Experience managing multi-configuration environments with Configuration Director.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including engagement with executives.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
