About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our team at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead the development and execution of our CX and Marketing Tech Strategy to support our business objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of web, e-commerce, mobile app, and other digital experience products, as well as technical operations and marketing operations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business cases to support our digital marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business enablement and maximize globalization, scalability, and overall TCO.
  • Lead global application delivery in a 24x7 business and secure operating environment.
