Project Coordination Role

The Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of small-scale projects. This involves managing end-to-end project life cycles, including schedule management, cost estimation, resource allocation, communication planning, risk mitigation strategies, and issue resolution plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed project plans, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Schedule Management: Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion while meeting quality standards.
  • Resource Allocation: Work closely with Resource Managers to ensure adequate resource allocation to projects.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Evaluate project compliance to organizational standards.
  • Escalate issues through proper channels and raise senior management awareness.
  • Share best practices and key learnings to support continuous improvement.
  • Deliver project reporting and maintain information systems in accordance with organizational standards.
