We are seeking a skilled Senior Mobile Software Engineer to lead the development of our digital health platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality mobile app architecture, ensuring seamless integrations with backend services, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a HIPAA-compliant, scalable app that meets the highest standards of performance and security.

Core Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years of recent React Native experience at production scale
  • Strong proficiency in React Native (TypeScript) and modern state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of mobile app architecture: navigation, performance tuning, offline-first workflows, and background tasks

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with GCP, Firebase, or mobile analytics frameworks
  • Experience building cross-platform libraries or contributing to open-source React Native projects

This role requires a talented engineer who can operate as both a hands-on expert and a trusted technical voice in architecture discussions, driving innovation and excellence in our mobile development team.
