We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for automating repetitive tasks, streamlining the software development lifecycle, and optimizing deployment processes to enable faster and more reliable software releases.
Key Responsibilities:- Automate Repetitive Tasks: Develop efficient automated solutions to streamline the software development lifecycle, reducing manual errors and increasing productivity.
- Optimize Deployment Processes: Analyze and optimize deployment processes to enable faster and more reliable software releases, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design and implement process improvements, driving innovation and excellence.
- Implement Continuous Integration and Delivery Best Practices: Design and implement continuous integration and delivery best practices to ensure timely and high-quality software releases.
- Hands-On Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience building production web applications, with a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in using Golang or Ruby in a production environment in a backend or full-stack capacity, with expertise in coding standards, testing, and debugging.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
- Team Player: A team player mentality, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
