Are you a creative professional looking for a challenging role in the advertising industry?

We are seeking an Art Director to join our team, responsible for developing innovative and effective visual solutions that drive results. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone with strong creative vision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in art direction, with a portfolio showcasing produced work across various channels. They will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with moderate experience in prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Additionally, they should have strong skills in typography, layout design, and animation, with attention to detail and a relentless drive for precision.

Responsibilities include executing creative concepts that align with client goals, generating innovative ideas, handling high-level projects, and managing multiple assignments simultaneously. The successful candidate will also be expected to present creative work with confidence, effectively communicating the rationale behind their design choices.

Our hybrid work model allows for flexibility while maintaining in-person connections and collaboration. We offer a competitive salary range of $34.53 - $49.73/hr, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
