Job Title: Calypso Functional Specialist

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the Calypso platform. This role involves providing assistance to Front Office (FO) and Middle Office (MO) users on the functionality of the system.

The responsibilities include configuring, updating, and optimizing functional setups within Calypso, executing scheduled tasks, developing functional solutions, and monitoring system errors and feed & security definitions download.

Key Requirements:
  • Support and maintain the Calypso instance, addressing production support issues and troubleshooting day-to-day activities.
  • Provide expertise on the setup and configuration of the Calypso system.
  • Analytical skills are required to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the business and technology teams to ensure a smooth implementation process. You may also be required to act as a business analyst to help gather and write requirements and acceptance criteria.
