We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Manager to join our team at Paycor. As a Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring the operational readiness of new product launches and key product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Define and Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Develop and execute plans to drive business outcomes and ensure successful product launches.
- Provide Input to Launch Plans: Collaborate with Product Management to ensure launch plans meet market requirements and are on-time, within budget.
- Act as Central Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level scope discussions, communication, and readiness for launches.
- Track Progress and Ensure Readiness: Monitor progress toward project milestones and ensure overall readiness for launches.
- Anticipate and Address Impediments: Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks to ensure successful launches.
- Liaise with Leadership: Communicate with leadership and champion transparency and visibility throughout the program.
- Manage Dependencies: Coordinate with teams and portfolios to ensure dependencies are planned into milestones.
- Collect and Analyze Data: Gather and analyze product data to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
- 2+ Years of Project Management and Business Operations Experience: Proven experience in project management and business operations is necessary.
- Understanding of Key Metrics: Familiarity with key metrics to drive business results is essential.
- Excellent Collaboration and Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills are required, including conflict resolution, stakeholder management, risk management, team building, and decision-making.
- Ability to Adapt to Changing Environments: The ability to adjust to rapidly changing environments is crucial.
- Business English Proficiency: Business English proficiency equivalent to a level B1 CEFR or higher is required.
- Occasional Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
