This role will involve collaborating across various key capabilities within our platform, driving innovations in areas such as workflow automation, customer engagement, analytics, and integrations.

As a cross-functional leader, you'll work closely with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and our customers to define and deliver high-impact features that drive customer retention, business growth, and platform stability.

Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership & Execution:
- Own, create, and maintain the product roadmap for core CRM capabilities, aligning with our strategic focus areas, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Drive roadmap transparency and alignment across internal teams by effectively communicating priorities, progress, and trade-offs.
- Ensure all prioritized initiatives are clearly justified through the lens of customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

- Planning & Agile Execution:
- Lead planning efforts in parallel with execution, ensuring long-term vision and near-term deliverables remain synchronized.
- Partner with Engineering and UX to develop, scope, and prioritize features that balance innovation, customer needs, and platform scalability.
- Manage an evolving backlog of features, enhancements, and technical improvements, balancing strategic bets with quick wins.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and validation through delivery and post-launch iteration.
- Drive agile execution, ensuring features are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently with high quality.

- Customer & Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer insights, ensuring features address real pain points and deliver meaningful improvements.
- Define and track key success metrics (KPIs), leveraging data to inform prioritization and roadmap adjustments.
- Regularly engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate product assumptions and iterate based on feedback.

- Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:
- Align and collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering) to drive seamless execution and market adoption.
- Advocate for continuous process improvement, helping the product development organization optimize efficiency and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully shipping B2B SaaS products.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, customer engagement tools, or workflow automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of product roadmap development, prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW), and agile methodologies.
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution, ensuring continuous product progress while adapting to changing needs.
- Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools is a strong plus.
- Strong technical acumen, including familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data models.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
