Cloud Solutions Specialist Job Overview

The AWS Cloud is a global platform of experts that help businesses achieve their desired outcomes. Our team works closely with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network to execute cloud computing initiatives, providing assistance through various offerings tailored to specific customer needs.

Our Cloud Solutions Specialists design and implement complex, scalable, secure AWS solutions meeting customer technical requirements and business objectives. They provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies, act as trusted advisors on industry trends and emerging technologies, and share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex AWS solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management
  • Experience in technology automation, integration, and implementation
  • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, applicable in technical and business settings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Expertise designing and building security capabilities in scripts and code
  • Implementation experience with enterprise security solutions such as WAF, IPS, Anti-DDOS, and SIEM
  • Knowledge securing CI/CD production environments
  • Understanding architectural implications of meeting industry standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks
