Unlock a new challenge in a fast-paced, innovative environment. We are seeking a seasoned product manager to drive our payments initiatives and create access to affordable payment methods.

About the Role

You will own the vision and roadmap to scale our digital payment products and collaborate with global teams to support launches and management of new products.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to work on ongoing and upcoming initiatives;
  • Prioritize requirements, manage prioritization, and integration roadmaps that efficiently meet diverse business needs;
  • Conduct customer research, identify gaps in product/experience offerings, and design solutions addressing unmet customer needs;
  • Create go-to-market plans for programs and features: gather business requirements, build and deliver against roadmaps, and establish meaningful KPIs;
  • Lead external partner relations: manage partner performance, customer experience, objectives, and success criteria;
  • Drive product awareness and adoption: identify marketing opportunities and support effective marketing campaigns with internal and external partners;
  • Oversee day-to-day operations: assess and manage risks, monitor progress, provide actionable insights, anticipate bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements

  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects and priorities;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams;
  • Familiarity with digital payment systems and trends.
