As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and medical information to healthcare professionals and regulatory agencies.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe position involves analyzing and researching inquiries, documenting interactions according to organizational guidelines, and providing high-quality customer service.
Additionally, you will maintain thorough knowledge of project and corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with internal and external client contacts to resolve complex inquiries.
- Analyzing and Researching Inquiries: You will analyze and research inquiries from healthcare professionals and regulatory agencies, documenting interactions according to organizational guidelines.
- Providing Technical and Medical Information: You will provide technical and medical information to healthcare professionals and clients, ensuring high-quality customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will also need to maintain thorough knowledge of project and corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
