Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance professional to lead functional quality as we integrate a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistant into our existing automation stack.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with Java, Cucumber and Selenium expertise to take ownership of automating manual test cases, validating autoscripted outputs, and improving the feedback loop that makes our RAG engine smarter over time.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-value manual test cases, authoring and curating requirement tickets and manual test cases using structured formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop automated test cases to ensure seamless integration of RAG-enabled functionality.
  • Validate autoscripted tests generated by the RAG pipeline following Screenplay best practices.
  • Collaborate with SDETs to refactor duplicated Java/Cucumber steps and increase API-layer test coverage.
  • Perform exploratory and regression testing on the new onboarding UI MVP; file defects and verify fixes.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on QA automation experience with Java, Cucumber (BDD), Selenium/WebDriver, and RestAssured.
  • Excellent understanding of Structured Requirement Tickets and acceptance criteria writing.
  • Intermediate SQL skills for multi-database validation.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins pipelines and artifact triage processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate fuzzy requirements into crisp GIVEN/WHEN/THEN steps.
Desirable Skills:
  • Exposure to Screenplay pattern (Serenity BDD) and Serenity reporting.
  • Experience reviewing or prompting AI-generated code.
  • Knowledge of LangChain evaluators or RAGAS for retrieval-quality scoring.
