Job Title: Technology Platform Manager

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the integration platform, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams across the organization to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure the platform meets those needs.
  • Manage and maintain the integration platform, ensuring its availability, performance, scalability, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Define, implement, and enforce governance processes, standards, and best practices for platform development, deployment, usage, and security.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies, methodologies, and tools to optimize the platform's performance, scalability, and security and drive innovation.

As a Technology Platform Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology landscape. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical lead or manager in an integration environment.
  • Deep understanding of integration technologies, patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with iPaaS solutions, API management platforms, and message queues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
