Position OverviewWe are in search of a proactive, self-motivated individual with exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. In this role, you will oversee the organization of mechanical maintenance tasks under the guidance of our Maintenance Manager.
This is a permanent role based in Gornji Milanovac, Serbia.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Mechanical Engineering Maintenance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Creating and executing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Conducting troubleshooting and failure analysis of mechanical systems
- Planning and overseeing equipment modifications and enhancements
- Managing the inventory of spare parts
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering – ideally at least a VII degree
- Familiarity or interest in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Strong organizational capabilities for managing multiple tasks and personnel
- Proficiency in Serbian and a good command of English
