We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Jules. This role is pivotal in driving inbound leads and expanding our customer base, especially in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate inbound leads and manage the sales process from initiation to close.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how Simbase's solutions can meet these needs.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
  • Participate in a paid trial assignment to showcase your sales capabilities and approach.
  • Use consultative sales techniques to provide value and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely without a heavy accent.
  • Proven ability to convey complex value propositions in an understandable and engaging manner.
  • Not focused on hard selling; should be adept at explaining product differentiations and advantages.
  • Must possess enthusiasm, grit, and a consultative approach to sales.
