Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Jules. This role is pivotal in driving inbound leads and expanding our customer base, especially in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate inbound leads and manage the sales process from initiation to close.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how Simbase's solutions can meet these needs.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Participate in a paid trial assignment to showcase your sales capabilities and approach.
- Use consultative sales techniques to provide value and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely without a heavy accent.
- Proven ability to convey complex value propositions in an understandable and engaging manner.
- Not focused on hard selling; should be adept at explaining product differentiations and advantages.
- Must possess enthusiasm, grit, and a consultative approach to sales.
