Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on fixed-price, short-term projects. You will combine pre-sales expertise, including proposal preparation and client engagement, with hands-on project delivery and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, with experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers. They will also have strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.

• Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget;
• Develop and execute project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and financial control;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction;
• Partner with sales and leadership teams to support pre-sales efforts, showcase capabilities, and help close new business opportunities;
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and career development;
• Implement best practices in project management (Agile/Disciplined Agile), continuously improving delivery processes and removing bottlenecks;
• Monitor and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, profitability, and compensation oversight;
• Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely issue escalation;
• Identify and address delivery risks and critical issues before client exposure;
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support team promotions and internal career progression;
• Coordinate recruiting efforts in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to build strong project teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience;
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects, pre-sale experience;
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities;
• Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers;
• Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes;
• Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting;
• High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail; Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders;
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
• Proficiency in project management software and tools;
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English Level.
