Global Export Growth Manager

This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in driving export growth and expanding business presence globally.
Responsibilities:- Lead the company's international expansion strategy by identifying new export markets and managing existing relationships.
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to optimize product delivery and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Partner with Finance and Legal to develop and implement effective risk management policies.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitive landscapes, pricing, and regulatory environments.
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key distributors, importers, and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize profitability.
- Proven experience in international business development and export sales in the FMCG/food sectors.
- Strong understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and international market entry strategies.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and leadership abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or supply chain.
