Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Analyst to manage various financial responsibilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and facilitate all posting processes utilizing the company's designated systems.
- Execute monthly and annual calculations, declarations, and reporting for local taxes in compliance with Brazilian regulations, including PIS, COFINS, ISS, and EFD.
- Assist in audit activities conducted by external auditors.

Monthly Reporting:
- Prepare the Food & Beverage (F&B) and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring all costs and expenses are accurately recorded per month and cost center, while comparing against budget data.

Billing and Income Monitoring:
- Manage the billing process related to ZIM's income (commissions) and oversee other income sources to prevent and resolve any invoice discrepancies, adhering to remuneration agreements and approved customer tariffs.

Data Validation:
- Validate and verify expense data within the SAP system.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience with SAP System.
- Strong analytical skills and capability in financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Excel.
