Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled process operations professional to join our team at the Business Support Center in Curitiba, Brazil.

This role will be part of the EMIT Department and will provide support to our Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses across the globe.

You will work closely with our global teams to optimize our strategy in energy, chemicals, lubricants and lower-emissions technologies.

Your Responsibilities
  • Become responsible for process optimization;
  • Develop expertise in Database (DB) experience: SQL, Procedures, Views, Functions;
  • Collaborate and work in a team, contribute as an active member;
  • Produce and maintain accurate documents;
  • Apply analytical skills to identify problems and implement solutions;
  • Solve complex issues using advanced problem-solving techniques;
  • Possess good communication skills to convey ideas effectively;
  • Utilize automation tools to streamline processes;
  • Employ programming logic to develop efficient solutions;
  • Gain experience with cloud platforms Azure/AWS;
  • Troubleshoot On-premise Windows Server Applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess knowledge of PowerShell Script;
  • Familiarity with Github Actions, Repositories;
  • Understanding of C#,.NET, API development;
  • Able to read and understand Visual Basic legacy codes;
  • Knowledgeable in Monitoring and Analytics tools (DataDog, Splunk, Tableau);
  • Proficiency in SSRS/SSIS;
  • Familiarity with Front end: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in DB management and analytical skills.

You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and communicate complex ideas clearly.

If you have experience with automation tools, programming logic, and troubleshooting On-premise Windows Server Applications, this would be an advantage.
