Mid-Senior Production Designer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented mid-senior production designer to join our creative team. As a key member of our design department, you will work closely with art directors and other creatives to produce high-quality visuals across various formats.

  • You will be responsible for producing assets such as emails, banners, social media visuals, direct mail pieces, and mockups based on art direction and brand guidelines.
  • Your primary focus will be ensuring design accuracy and consistency, performing adaptations, retouching, and scaling for both digital and print outputs.
  • You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and creatives to polish concepts into final, launch-ready files.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of visually engaging presentations tailored to internal and external audiences.
  • Apply and respect brand systems, while contributing to creative evolution through thoughtful design proposals.
  • Balance multiple projects efficiently with the support of your team and project leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with assets across multiple formats and localizations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized working style.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong photo retouching skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
