About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized IT procurement associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product range.
- Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.
- Sourcing, negotiating and establishing purchases for IT goods and services.
- Work with IT technical team and HQ procurement team to propose good solutions from commercial perspective, ensure out-coming high quality products/supplies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of business administration, accounting or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial relationship build-up and procurement techniques/process.
- Experience in negotiations and networking.
- Strong analytical skill, accurate and precise attention to details.
- Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time efficiently.
- Good resource of supplier solutions is added advantage.
- Work experience in IT Suppliers/IT industry is added advantage.
- Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels and with HQ Procurement team.
