Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Architect to lead our Cloud and Architecture organization, driving the development and execution of our enterprise-wide IT strategy. As a key member of our senior IT leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of our IT architecture and cloud principles with our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Cloud and Architecture Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud and architecture strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures the optimal use of cloud services.
- Infrastructure Leadership: Lead the design and delivery of our IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions, to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Cloud Operations: Oversee the operation of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with our on-premises systems and optimal use of cloud services.
- Security and Compliance: Collaborate with our Chief Information Security Officer to ensure the alignment of our security strategy with regulatory requirements, such as SOX, SEC, and GDPR.
- Agile Transformation: Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices to improve efficiency, deliver new innovations, and increase collaboration with other IT peers and business areas.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
- Experience: Five or more years of experience in IT or business/industry, with three or more years of leadership responsibilities, including strategy, budgeting, and staffing.
- Skills: Strong understanding of cloud service providers, cloud-native technologies, and business ecosystems. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
