The role of a Community Manager involves setting and implementing social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
This position requires an individual who is fast, organized, detail-oriented, and flexible. They should be able to identify opportunities to create impactful work and provide engaging content for social media responses and copies.
- Key responsibilities include setting and implementing social media campaigns, working on content calendars, and responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- The successful candidate will also coordinate with the Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- They will work closely with data strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Community Management.
- They should have knowledge of social media good practices, including formats and tone of voice.
- Ability to track relevant community metrics and knowledge of metrics, social listening tools, and digital reports are essential.
- The candidate should also have experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
