Job Overview

  • Key responsibilities include setting and implementing social media campaigns, working on content calendars, and responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • The successful candidate will also coordinate with the Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • They will work closely with data strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Community Management.
  • They should have knowledge of social media good practices, including formats and tone of voice.
  • Ability to track relevant community metrics and knowledge of metrics, social listening tools, and digital reports are essential.
  • The candidate should also have experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
