O profissional será encarregado da elaboração de RFPs com o objetivo de coletar propostas de fornecedores, utilizando os documentos técnicos fornecidos pelos requisitantes dos produtos e serviços a serem adquiridos. Atuará em categorias de compras mais desafiadoras, realizando o planejamento de aquisições em colaboração com as áreas internas. Além disso, será responsável pela identificação e avaliação de fornecedores, assegurando a homologação e qualificação dos mesmos.
Atividades principais:
1. Desenvolvimento de estratégias de negociação;
2. Condução de negociações;
3. Equalização de propostas recebidas;
4. Finalização de pedidos e/ou contratos;
5. Intermediação e suporte às áreas internas em relação aos fornecedores contratados, quando necessário.
Qualificações:
É necessário ter uma experiência robusta na área de compras, especialmente em processos de contratação de serviços diretos.
Formação superior completa, preferencialmente nas áreas de Compras, Administração, Finanças, Tecnologia, Propaganda e Marketing ou Engenharia. É desejável ter conhecimento em ferramentas de Compras como Strategic Sourcing, além de habilidades em Power BI. Também é importante ter familiaridade com SAP (ERP), Excel e Power Point, e domínio das ferramentas do pacote Office. Conhecimento em inglês e/ou espanhol em nível intermediário é um diferencial.
Localidade:
