Senior Experience Designer

Your Role:

  • Lead the design and development of user experiences for our platforms ensuring usability and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and user requirements.
  • Conduct research and user testing to identify customer needs and pain points.
  • Translate insights into design strategies delivering cohesive innovative user interfaces.
  • Partner with developers product owners and QA engineers to ensure design specifications are implemented effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest UX trends tools and best practices bringing forward improvements to enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in UX design ideally with experience leading enterprise or fintech projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful UX solutions backed by research and testing.
  • Excellent understanding of usability principles and user psychology.
  • Strong communication collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design process and results.
