Chief Technologist Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee daily operations, provide strategic guidance and drive initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: lead complex projects, provide technical guidance, ensure quality, performance, and security.
  • Project Management: ensure timely deliveries, manage risks, report project status, and propose process improvements.
  • People Management: evaluations, feedback, career direction, hiring, and dismissal processes.
  • Relationship management with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in software development and leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
