Job Summary

Mentor Behavioral Health provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Behavioral Health services to children, individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify treatment needs by interviewing the child and family, and documenting relevant information for client records.
  • Deliver therapy, family support, and crisis interventions using various modalities as outlined in state/local contracts and/or state licensing standards.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Coordinate other treatment initiatives including school performance, permanency, and reunification planning.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in a human services field.
  • Experience preferred or as required by state.
  • Exceptional communication skills to establish trust and rapport quickly.
