About the Role

The Senior Golang Developer will lead technical initiatives, drive architecture decisions, and ensure successful implementation of Golang solutions.

This role involves hands-on development, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to the development team, helping them make informed decisions and grow their skills.
  • Hands-On Development: Actively participate in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting to contribute to the development effort while maintaining a focus on architectural excellence.
  • Code Review: Review code to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability issues in the product.
  • AWS Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of AWS services to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectural designs, coding guidelines, and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Skill Requirements:
  • Software Development Experience: Hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Golang.
  • AWS Expertise: Expertise in AWS services and cloud-native development.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English.
  • AWS Certifications: AWS certifications are a plus.
