Video Content Strategist

We are seeking a creative and strategic leader to manage our video content operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the connective tissue between our business priorities and how they're translated to engaging video content.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of editors, designers, and production specialists
- Develop and implement scalable systems for scripting, packaging, and production handoffs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive distribution and promotion strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in video content creation
- Strong understanding of video content landscape - concepts, thumbnails, titles, and retention editing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical fundamentals and ability to work with data
- Proficiency with project management tools like Notion
- Knowledge of GSuite and editing software considered an asset
