About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in ATS and modern HR tools to streamline recruitment and talent management processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in our organization.
You will work closely with our leadership team to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees, and develop a strategic plan to scale People operations in a rapidly growing organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A strategic mindset, with the ability to scale People operations in a rapidly growing organization
- Nice to have: experience or knowledge of Employer of Record (EOR) services, global hiring, and labor compliance
