Merchandising Promotion SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandising Promotion Specialist to optimize sales with our customers through in-store activations of our products, promotions, and displays.
The ideal candidate will deliver our field KPIs and annual objectives by:
- Representing our company by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
- Monitoring shelf and assortment.
- Exposing campaigns and searching for best locations in stores.
- Performing required administrative tasks.
- Optimizing the use of our point-of-sales material.
- Being the customer's first choice of supplier.
- Creating exposure in stores.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous merchandising experience (preferably with a focus on in-store promotions).
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation with a drive to achieve set goals.
- Proficiency in using computers and strong written and verbal communication skills.
