Residence Advisor Opportunity at EF Tokyo

We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Residence Advisor to welcome and assist international students at our residence Crevia Will, located near Muasashi-Kosugi station.

This is a great opportunity for language and cultural exchange. Japanese and foreign nationals are welcome to apply.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure beds and rooms are clean and available for arriving students.
  • Stay on duty during weekends to meet and greet new students until everyone has arrived.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Hold an orientation and walk-through for new students.
  • Organize one weekly activity.
  • Maintain supplies for the residence.
  • Conduct weekly room checks to ensure students are adhering to residence rules and report any issues to the residence coordinator.
  • Carry out curfew checks for minor students.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by the Residence Coordinator and Accommodation Manager.

This is a part-time position, ideal for students or individuals already living in Japan. A conversational level of Japanese is required.

This is a live-in position with free accommodation in return for specified duties.

The position does not offer visa sponsorships or relocation support.
