Customer Technical Solution Specialist
The primary role of this position is to collaborate with customers in delivering cutting-edge technical solutions and services. As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions that drive their success.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and build customized technical solutions for clients based on their requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and technical insights.
- Develop comprehensive automated software solutions that meet client expectations.
- Support sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team and providing valuable insights.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Mainframe Infrastructure (zCloud).
- Expertise in designing architectures for Mainframe environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C, C++.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
