Domestic Abuse Support Worker

We are seeking highly skilled and empathetic individuals to provide high-quality support and guidance to survivors of domestic abuse. As a Domestic Abuse Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team providing emotional and practical assistance to those in need.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing one-to-one support to survivors via phone, live chat, and other platforms.
  • Delivering empowering, emotional, and practical support to increase safety and well-being.
  • Informing survivors of their rights and options through crisis situations.
As part of this role, you will work across multiple platforms, including phone and live chat, to ensure a safe and supportive service for all. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of survivors and contribute to creating a safer community.

This position requires participation in an out-of-hours rota, which includes evenings, weekends, and night shifts. If you are passionate about supporting survivors of domestic abuse and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
