Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Monetization Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for users while viewing advertisements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead global knowledge management projects to address critical business problems throughout the knowledge cycle.
  • Implement knowledge management projects that integrate relevant technology, addressing challenges from creation to implementation.
  • Develop strategic relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive the knowledge management cycle and training technology ecosystem.
  • Implement training localization strategies, ensuring effective knowledge management and training technology capabilities.
  • Track and evolve success metrics to improve time-to-proficiency through scalable knowledge efforts.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis to enhance the knowledge management roadmap, gathering feedback from key audiences.
  • Evangelize the knowledge management vision at a regional level, collaborating with critical day-to-day stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in training, education, technology, or social science.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in the training space, with a deep understanding of how training teams function.
  • Experience leading knowledge and/or scalable education implementations.
  • Familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs and relevant tools.
  • Excellent understanding of the knowledge tools ecosystem and latest trends in knowledge management.
  • Strong communications skills, especially influencing senior stakeholders on management development strategy and skills.
  • Experience establishing effective partnerships within and outside the organization.
