Speedcast is seeking a highly skilled Senior Billing Specialist to join our Finance Department. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional billing support to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description

The Senior Billing Specialist will provide critical support to the billing process, including running and distributing prebills, setting up billing information sheets in Excel, reviewing prebills for accuracy, processing client invoices, and maintaining billing files/records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and strong proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Run and distribute prebills on a monthly basis
  • Set up billing information sheets in Excel and review prebills for accuracy
  • Process and finalize client invoices, ensuring timely submission
  • Maintain accurate billing records and files, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and account receivables
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 1-year experience in handling billing and account receivables in a similar setup or related field
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
