About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a Service Desk Support, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical assistance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve technical issues related to IT services, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Document and track client interactions, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English languages.
  • ITIL certification and experience with IT service management.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11, Office365, ServiceNow, and incident management tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
