We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director for Clinical Study to lead our clinical development strategy and medical affairs efforts in oncology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical studies management, medical affairs, and senior management in big pharma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive clinical development strategies for cancer therapeutics.
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams to design and execute clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices.
  • Collaborate with local development and project teams to run the development of local cancer therapeutics in Latam.
  • Oversee and manage medical and clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices.
  • Work with the RA team to obtain marketing authorization in Latam for cancer therapeutics products.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to medical care tailored to meet the company's needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, monitoring key performance indicators and implementing initiatives to optimize healthcare delivery.
Requirements
  • MD or PhD in oncology or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in cancer treatment, especially hematology and myeloma.
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical studies management for oncology or cell therapy.
  • 5+ years of experience in big pharma senior management working on clinical development and medical affairs.
