As a Legal Support Professional, you will play a key role in our organization by providing critical legal support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional legal support services related to regulatory compliance, litigation and contract administration, negotiation and execution of complex transactions.
  • Manage the preparation, review, processing and tracking of legal documents, execute business transactions, and coordinate work requests from multiple sources with tight deadlines.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and provide technical guidance to stakeholders to achieve efficient and coordinated results.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of associated risks and provide expert advice on risk management strategies to internal teams.

Stay up-to-date with new regulatory developments and maintain accurate records of activities while collaborating closely with senior leaders and external partners.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather information and collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine effective solutions.
