Laser Therapist – Expert Specialization

Requisito:

Buscamos um profissional qualificado para atuar na área de estética, responsável por realizar procedimentos de depilação a laser seguro e eficiente aos nossos clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Executar o procedimento técnico de depilação a laser;
  2. Avaliar o cliente e orientá-lo sobre o tratamento;
  3. Realizar sessões do cliente em sistema registrando parâmetros utilizados e informações sobre o tratamento no prontuário eletrônico;
  4. Acompanhar intercorrências e dúvidas sobre o resultado do tratamento, prestando assistência e esclarecimentos ao cliente;
  5. Realizar venda e revenda de pacotes de depilação a laser (on-line e/ou presencial) e receber pagamentos de acordo com a política comercial;
  6. Solicitar e controlar materiais e insumos para a realização dos procedimentos clínicos;
  7. Organizar e higienizar a sala de procedimento e os materiais utilizados;
  8. Seguir o POP (Procedimento Operacional Padrão) e protocolos estabelecidos pela empresa;
  9. Manter zelo e utilização correta da máquina do laser e realizar manutenções preventivas de todos os equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade;
  10. Informar todos os clientes sobre a pesquisa NPS, incentivando a avaliação para melhoria contínua do nosso relacionamento.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  1. Formação superior completa em Estética e Cosmetologia (reconhecida pelo MEC e ter a carteira do CNPB ou CRBM ativa);
  2. Formação superior em Biomedicina com Habilitação ou Pós Graduação Completa em Estética (ter a carteira do CRBM ativa);
  3. Formação superior completa em Fisioterapia, crefito ativo (do estado que irá atuar);
  4. Desejável experiência com atendimento ao público, captação de clientes e vendas;
  5. Disponibilidade para trabalhar aos finais de semanas por escala.
