About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer to join our team at WillowTree, a leading digital product consultancy. As a Senior React Native Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our company and delivering innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using React Native, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of React Native, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code is maintainable, efficient, and follows best practices.
  • Identify and prioritize technical debt, ensuring that the codebase remains maintainable and scalable.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, ensuring that our applications are thoroughly tested and reliable.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional programming experience, with at least 2+ years of experience in React Native development.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
